PAYMENT POLICY: For services estimated to be under $75, The Site Director requires full payment before any work is performed. For all other projects, a minimum retainer of $75 or 50% of estimate, which ever is greater, is required. Full payment is required after changes are made or before a website is launched. For large projects a payment plan can be established.

PAYMENT METHODS: The Site Director accepts several methods of payment.

- PayPal, Debit Cards, or Credit Cardsl. This is the preferred method. You can use your credit card or debit card (PayPal Account not necessary) or make a payment using your PayPal Account, simply by clicking the "Pay Now" button below. The Site Director uses PayPal to process all debit and credit card payments. During the payment process, you will be offered a PayPal Account. You don't have to sign up, but PayPal is one of the most trusted and easy to use payment systems on the Internet. Processing your payment through PayPal is easy, free, and completely secure.

- Internet Banking. If you would like to make a payment using your On-line/Internet Banking Account:

1. Please make payable to "The Site Director, LLC."
2. All payments must be in U.S. Funds from a U.S. Bank.
3. Have your bank send the payment to ... The Site Director, LLC, P.O. Box 4297, Burlington, NC 27215.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that it may take 5 business days for your payment to arrive.

- Checks. We accept personal or certified checks and Money Orders. All checks and money orders MUST show a U.S. bank address on the front. If mailed, please mail to the address above. When your pay arrives and clears the bank, we will start our work.

- Sending Invoices. When requested, we will be more than happy to send a fax or email an invoice to any valid email address or fax number. Just ask.
